Yes, to automate orders between the client’s e-commerce platform and our fulfillment system.

All our service charges are included in the rent price that you pay. So their are no charges on product receiving, nor on pick and packing services.

Storage Station has two types of storage packages depending on the type of storage chosen by the customer. Normal storage is for the customer to choose the appropriate storage type for his merchandise. Depending on the number of storage units the customer needs, he is charged by the unit’s monthly fees and pays the rental fees in advance when the goods arrive in the warehouse in order to be added to the inventory management system. As for flexible storage, the rent is calculated on the actual use of the number of storage units, and the update is done on a daily basis according to the number and type of units used by the customer, which change on a daily basis when there is a movement of sale or addition to the inventory and the consumption bill is paid at the end of the month.

We have three ways to pack your items before shipping:

1- Using the courier company plastic bags.

2- Packing with your own corporate identity.

3- Using our unmarked shipping cartons.

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time it is received.

Shipping from our warehouse is between 1-3 working days.

We transfer the cash on delivery amounts to your approved bank account weekly or as per your request.
